- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments, including cheque transactions, and handle merchandise returns with precision.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurate and readily available.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
This role is set in a fast-paced retail environment that demands attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliability and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
This position typically requires 32 to 35 hours per week of commitment.
