About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack .NET Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our critical systems, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and reactive support for production systems, guaranteeing their optimal functionality.
  • Resolve incidents, problem tickets, and defects by implementing creative solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, coding, testing, and debugging a wide range of systems.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our services and user experiences.
  • Support various projects and enhancements, taking ownership of team tasks and deliverables on a rotational basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for open incident tickets.
  • Develop and update maintenance procedures and documentation.
  • Provide deployment support for production systems, ensuring their seamless functionality.
  • Analyze systems to identify areas for improvement, recommending creative solutions to optimize services and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance development and system maintenance processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Mathematical, Actuarial, Data), or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in development using .NET technologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
