Position Overview

La Ronge Petroleum Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble containers and crates for shipping
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices or other documentation
  • Maintain an organized internal record-keeping system
  • Document shortages and reject any damaged items
  • Direct goods to the appropriate storage locations
  • Package items for shipment
  • Unpack received goods efficiently
  • Supervise the loading and unloading processes of goods
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with industrial lift trucks and forklifts
  • Familiarity with loaders
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
