Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Whistler Platinum. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair in our vacation homes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance, to ensure our properties meet the highest standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and owners in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop expertise in technical systems, including C4 and Sonos.
- Complete a range of tasks, including basic silicone, caulking, painting, plumbing, and carpentry projects.
- Conduct pre-arrival maintenance inspections to ensure properties are ready for guests.
- Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a professional image.
- Great knowledge of the Whistler area is an advantage.
- Valid BC driver's license required.
