Job Responsibilities

  • Review and validate financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Prophix within the respective Business Unit and at a corporate level.
  • Analyze and explain monthly results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate all budgeting and planning activities related to the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.
  • Analyze potential acquisitions/divestments.
  • Gather and complete necessary planning/budgeting reports for submission to the parent company.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Business Unit staff to ensure accurate information and gain valuable insights.
  • Review budgets, forecasts, actual results, strategic plans, and financial indicators, providing detailed supporting commentaries.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of budgets, forecasts, actual results, strategic plans, and ad hoc projects to support management's review and decision-making.
  • Review complex business transactions and identify relevant accounting and reporting issues.
  • Prepare financial presentations on a periodic and ad hoc basis.
  • Research, document, and communicate accounting and reporting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to improvements in accounting policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
