Work Setting

This position is based in a rural area, and candidates should be prepared for relocation, as costs will not be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

As an Agricultural Labourer, your tasks will include:

  • Utilizing hoeing techniques between rows
  • Cleaning and maintaining crops
  • Collecting brush and debris from various work areas
  • Harvesting agricultural produce
  • Sorting fresh harvested goods into marketable and non-marketable categories
  • Grading fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, and color
  • Guiding plant growth for optimal development
  • Hand harvesting of vegetables
  • Managing vine growth and grape production
  • Packing harvested fruits and vegetables
  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Removing unwanted growth manually
  • Trimming and shaping trees and plants
  • Sorting and organizing harvested produce
  • Securing plants as needed
  • Weeding and maintaining fields
  • Loading and unloading farm produce and supplies
Experience and Specialization
