Job Summary
Island Health is seeking a skilled Family Practitioner to join our dynamic team at the Mayne Island Health Clinic. As a primary care specialist, you will provide high-quality medical care to a diverse patient base, working in a relaxing team environment with exceptional support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care, urgent, and emergent episodic care to patients
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and medical office assistants
- Develop and maintain a patient panel, with opportunities for growth and development
- Participate in on-call duties, shared with colleagues on Pender and Galiano Islands
