Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Central City Fresh Slice Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality in our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
  • Team Management
    • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and staff productivity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, morale, and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
    • Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
