Job Title: Spray Paint Operator

Ultra painting Ltd is seeking a skilled Spray Paint Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and controlling electroplating equipment, hot-dip metal plating equipment, and spray equipment to coat metal and build up worn or damaged parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain equipment, work areas, and inventory
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to ensure accurate coating
  • Check the thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers, or other devices
  • Prepare and apply stencils, decals, or other decorative items on finished products
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
  • Select appropriate paint or mix paints to achieve desired results
  • Tend automatic metal coating machines and equipment to prepare items for application of protective or decorative coatings
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
