We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at MB Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Installation Procedures: Develop and implement effective installation procedures to ensure high-quality siding installations.
- Measure and Mark Guidelines: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
- Prepare and Maintain Work Materials: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand tools and power tools.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
- Erect and Install Scaffolding: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to facilitate safe and efficient installation.
- Utilize Hand and Power Tools: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, including cutting, drilling, and fastening.
- Physical Demands: The Siding Installer must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be able to ensure high-quality installations.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: The Siding Installer must have experience with hand tools and be able to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Transportation and Travel: The successful candidate must be willing to travel to various locations and be able to load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
- Work Environment: The Siding Installer will work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Work Setting: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, installing siding on various types of buildings.
- Punctuality and Dependability: The Siding Installer must be punctual and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
