Executive Director

M V JOB POINT INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, and organized.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
