Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service Previous experience in business planning, including establishing sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling Background in retail operations, including inventory and facility management and cash reconciliation Documented success in leading a team to meet sales and customer service objectives Experience in planning and executing in-store events Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software Proficient in Microsoft Office; candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview Anticipated Hourly Range: $25.34 to $38.12 (Based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, Aveda offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. The Company also maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on the terms of the respective plan(s)).
