Are you a seasoned business development professional with in-depth knowledge of enterprise software solutions?

Our client, a leading IT services provider in Canada, is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join their growing team of experts.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and managing key client relationships, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow solutions to empower organizations.

They have a rich history of helping businesses overcome complex IT challenges. Strategic partnerships with in-house IT experts

Key Responsibilities:
• Be the technical expert at client meetings, assisting with qualification and requirements gathering.
• Build strong partnerships with key accounts and develop client trust in their brand.

Business Development and Sales:

• Own the technical aspects of proposals and proofs of concept, participating in the sales cycle to acquire new customers and expand existing ones.


Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management.
• Solve complex technical and business problems.

Project Management and Resource Allocation:
• Participate in project intake meetings and help determine resources for a smooth handoff to the delivery team.
• 5-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with both business and technical audiences.
• Help build a new business development and sales strategy for the organization.
