Your contributions to the team:

• You will oversee the planning, organization, motivation, and supervision of a team comprising 15 to 25 union employees.
• You will take on all human resources management responsibilities.
• You will coordinate quality support for production teams.
• You will identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives and disseminate best practices within the organization.
• You will drive continuous improvement through effective problem management solutions.

Essential skills, knowledge & experience:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with extensive experience in methods and/or quality teams, particularly in quality assurance, project management, problem-solving, and/or continuous improvement.
• Strong management capabilities.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach, while working with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a readiness to collaborate with a successful team.
• Excellent organizational skills and robust technical knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous (bilingualism is a plus).
