Job Summary

Groupe Regimbal Group is seeking a skilled Silk-screening Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our silk-screening machines to produce high-quality prints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure all machines and equipment are clean and well-maintained to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Job Preparation: Review work orders to determine job specifications, including ink colors, print quantities, and deadlines.
  • Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and make adjustments to printing machines as needed to achieve desired print quality.
  • Print Run Monitoring: Operate and monitor printing machines during print runs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality prints.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure prints meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth production processes and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn our silk-screening processes.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
