About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at 2G1 Works. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective communications materials that meet our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Supervise and mentor junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that align with our clients' goals.
  • Design and Creativity
    • Estimate time and resources required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
    • Develop and implement design concepts that meet our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.
    • Use existing design assets and typography guides to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
    • Manage sub-contracting and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
    • Experience in graphic design, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
    • Excellent design and creativity skills.
    • Ability to estimate time and resources required for projects.
    • Strong project management skills.
