Care Worker

The Care Worker role is a vital position within our company, offering a rewarding experience for those who are passionate about providing care and support to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as toileting, mobility, and medication management.
- Promote independence and encourage service users to participate in activities.
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and report any changes in service user condition or circumstances.
