Job Overview

The Senior Vice President - Financial and Business Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and operational strategies of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including material, personnel, and finances, to effectively implement organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff to lead these areas.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve these goals.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring they have the authority and resources needed to succeed.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations to assess staff effectiveness.
  • Establish robust financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional strategies, and guide human resources planning.
Supervision

Oversee a team of more than 20 individuals.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a relevant field.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Must be bondable.
  • Criminal record check is required.
Transportation and Travel
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
