Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at AAHAR FOODS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that production schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all products meet our high standards
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth production
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a factory environment with regular exposure to machinery and equipment. A high level of physical fitness is required to perform the duties of this role.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is 35 hours per week.
