Position Overview

The Italian Kitchen is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to oversee our culinary team and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Training: Instruct and demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
  • Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of 16-20 cooks and kitchen personnel.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes for various events.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff in food preparation and handling.
  • Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
Work Environment
