Job Description

Job Title: Security Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Architect to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Crypto Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing data protection solutions for our on-premise, mobile, and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data protection solutions for public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Develop and maintain expertise in encryption and security technologies, including Vormetric/CipherTrust Data At Rest Encryption and Hardware Security Module (HSM) solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions with business applications
  • Assess and select security tools and solutions that meet the bank's security needs
  • Develop and deliver high-level and technical presentations to explain security approaches to various audiences

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of security technologies, frameworks, tools, processes, and procedures
  • Expertise in Unix/Linux, databases, or storage (SAN, NAS)
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptographic and encryption technologies and standards
  • Experience with security as it applies to cloud solutions in highly virtualized environments
  • Experience in scripting in at least one language (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
