The IT Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing communications within the Hub IT environment and curating content for the IT portal. This position requires collaboration with diverse teams to ensure effective communication across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft clear and concise messaging regarding technical matters, including major incident updates and system changes.
- Establish guidelines for IT communications.
- Design and implement various strategies and templates for internal communications within the IT department.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess communication requirements.
- Collect data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of communications.
- Ensure the IT Portals are regularly updated with relevant information.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to address any IT communication needs.
- Plan and create engaging internal content, such as newsletters and announcements.
- Translate IT communications as necessary.
- Oversee distribution lists for mass IT communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a communication role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Fluency in three languages: English, French, and Spanish.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to convey technical concepts in accessible business language.
- Familiarity with communication platforms such as SharePoint is advantageous.
