About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team at Vosyn. As a Process Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and design of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop process models and simulations to evaluate potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to resolve process-related issues.
  • Monitor and report on process performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Proficient in process engineering tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or similar.
