Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business strategy and influence decision-making based on in-depth analysis of complex data sets.
- Design and implement processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data, generating actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, algorithms, and probability engines that drive business outcomes.
- Leverage MLOps expertise to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration with data scientists and engineers.
- Develop and maintain efficient, maintainable code for AI applications and automation tasks, driving automation efforts within the research organization and automating repetitive tasks, data preprocessing, and model deployment processes.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of related experience in AI research and engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, automation, and server operations.
- Strong understanding of the AI stack, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or PhD degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
