Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various tasks that contribute to the overall functionality of the kitchen.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen areas, including work surfaces, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Manage the receiving, unpacking, and proper storage of supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
  • Regularly dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Work language: English.
  • Standard working hours: 40 hours per week.
