Food Service Manager

Benzees Lounge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
