Position Overview

As an HVAC Technician, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

  1. Maintain and repair all hotel air-conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Regularly inspect major air-handling units for functionality, filter cleanliness, drive belt tension, and lubrication of moving parts.
  3. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on air handling units, fan coil units, and refrigeration systems.
  4. Monitor daily temperatures of refrigerated storage areas and assess the performance of associated condensing units.
  5. Execute necessary repairs on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems as required.
  6. Adhere to safety regulations and practices at all times.
  7. Maintain a clean work environment and ensure the area is tidy after job completion.
  8. Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards, especially in guest-facing areas.
  9. Participate in energy conservation initiatives.

Qualifications

A Technical Diploma in Engineering is required for this position.
