Key Responsibilities- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items to dining areas and set tables accordingly.
- Manage and replace linens as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas.
- Load and organize buspans and trays efficiently.
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Store dishes in designated areas after cleaning.
- Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items as required.
- Scrub and clean pots and pans thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
- Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately.
- Sharpen kitchen knives as necessary.
- Keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
