We are a reputable Ford dealership with two locations in Hearst and Kapuskasing, serving customers in North Eastern Ontario since 1956.

We are seeking a skilled 310S Mechanic/Technician to join our team at our Hearst location.

As a Ford Technician, you will have the opportunity to earn your Ford Master's certification and receive individualized training with clear targets and future pay increases.

You will be paid to train, either online or off-site, and have the chance to work on medium-sized trucks and specialize in up-fitting commercial vehicles.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer service
• Meet productivity and quality standards

• Valid 310S License
• Valid driver's license
• Own tools
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work as a team
