About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premium Banker to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our NBF Wealth Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing strategic financing solutions to our mass affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored financial strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with wealth management advisors to identify new business opportunities and position our banking services
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide integrated financial solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a personalized experience
  • Contribute to growing the Bank's share of wallet and profitability by providing transactional banking and credit solutions
  • Develop and lead the implementation of strategic action plans with clients
  • Manage client relationships to ensure sustainability and profitability
  • Establish ongoing communication with advisors to identify needs and propose solutions
  • Follow up with potential clients and seize opportunities to refer them to advisors
  • Integrate specialists or stakeholders into client relationships to meet their needs
  • Effectively manage client portfolios and interpret financial data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, with 6 years of relevant experience, or master's degree in a relevant discipline with 4 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of transactional banking and credit
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced experience in advisory services
  • French language is an asset
