Our client is expanding their Applications Engineering team to meet the growing demands of their clients in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the global applications engineering team by providing technical expertise and guidance to clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers as a trusted technical partner.
- Participate in industry standards groups and committees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Provide frontline training and troubleshooting of technical issues related to implementing technology platforms at client facilities.
- Manage Applications Engineering Projects in CRM software to streamline communication with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a technical specialist in single-use systems and technologies geared toward the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to travel to client facilities and company entities globally, with approximately 25% of time spent on travel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical instructions and data.
- Proven track record of defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions.
