About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Turf Equipment Service Technician to join our team at Brandt, a leading provider of agricultural and construction equipment solutions. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our customers' turf equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose turf equipment issues, using your expertise to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  • Use computer applications and information systems to document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Collaborate with customers, service team members, and branch personnel to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments to maintain your expertise and contribute to the growth of our team.
Requirements
  • Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is preferred.
  • Certified Journeyperson in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced service environment.
