Client Service Representative, Environmental Services

Our client, a leading environmental management firm, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team in Langley. This in-office role has been created to support the company's ongoing growth and expansion.
About the RoleAs a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to meet service standards, and providing accurate information on services and billing. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues when necessary and ensuring quality and timeliness in all interactions while adhering to operational guidelines.
The OfferThis role offers a competitive salary of up to $65K, along with benefits, onsite parking, vacation, and a collaborative work culture.
What You BringTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in the waste management sector with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. You should also possess strong oral and written communication skills, basic accounting skills, including invoicing, and be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with Sage 300 is a plus.
