About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Systems Engineer to join our team at SRS Technologies Inc. as a key member of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Development: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, and develop new software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • Requirements Gathering: Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, and assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
  • Research and Evaluation: Research and evaluate a variety of software products, and program special effects software for film and video applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests, and conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and assist in the development of process and network models to optimize architecture.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and maintenance.
  • Skills: Agile, Eclipse, Salesforce, Java, SQL, programming software, ASP.NET, API, Git, Python, Postman, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), programming languages, performance testing, Scrum.
