**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients and patrons
* Conduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches
* Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
* De-escalate crisis situations and provide support to clients and emergency personnel
* Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
* Write clear and detailed reports on incidents, emergencies, and day-to-day activities
* Provide first aid and medical response when required
* Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities
* Handle Lost & Found items and inquiries

**Requirements:**

* Ability to obtain a valid Alberta security license
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong observational skills
* Ability to make immediate decisions in emergency response situations
* Ability to walk 18/20km and stairs

**Education and Certification:**

* High School Diploma/GED
* Valid Security License
* Unrestricted Class 5 driver's license is considered an asset
