Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Golden Pines Painting Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes to create a seamless look.
  • Mix paint to the desired color and texture, taking into account the client's preferences.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, creating a visually appealing design.
  • Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a professional finish.
  • Estimate costs and materials, providing accurate quotes to clients.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • 1-6 months of experience in the painting industry.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise clients on color choices and wall coverings.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
