About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Tire Repair and Replacement: Inspect and repair or replace tires as needed, ensuring a safe and smooth ride for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced service environment, with regular exposure to vehicles and equipment
