The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store activities and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
- Engage in direct sales activities.
- Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product availability challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 employees.
Personal Attributes- Strong client-focused approach.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willingness to relocate for the role is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ideal candidates will have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
