Job Description

Job Summary: Azad Technology Partners is seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, implementation, and support of PeopleSoft applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for PeopleSoft applications, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  2. Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  3. Business Solutions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Application Design: Conduct application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define system requirements and create PeopleSoft technical system designs.
  5. System Integration: Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and other systems within the organization's IT ecosystem.
  6. Quality Assurance: Review and assist in reviewing documentation and performing quality assurance to ensure compliance with program requirements and procedural standards.
  7. Problem Resolution: Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with the PeopleSoft Financials application.
  8. Communication: Communicate effectively with users to confirm alignment of proposed technical solutions with business requirements.
  9. Team Collaboration: Contribute to teamwork and maintain a reliable and predictable work schedule.

Requirements:

  1. 8 Years: Experience as a systems analyst in a technical or analytical field.
  2. 8 Years: Hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of applications.
  3. 8 Years: Experience conducting technical PeopleSoft requirements sessions, PeopleSoft configuration and testing, including UAT, and assist in developing training documentation.
  4. 8 Years: Experience creating project documentation, such as system requirement specification, system design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data conversion, process workflow, and database record and field specifications.
  5. 8 Years: SQL, PeopleTools (PeopleCode Language/Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR), and SaaS application experience.
  6. 8 Years: Skill in business analysis and developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to complex problems.
  7. 2 Years: Experience with a Test Tool, such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Octane (or earlier versions of ALM).
  8. 4 Years: Experience in database management systems (IBM Data Studio, Squirrel).
  9. 8 Years: As a Programmer, Analyst, or Systems Administrator.
  10. 8 Years: Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 4 Years: Certified Analyst or Developer.
  2. 4 Years: SQL Language.
  3. 4 Years: Agile or Hybrid Software Development Methodologies.
  4. 3 Years: Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS), TWC's version Workforce Reporting, Accounting and Procurement System (WRAPS), and State of Texas Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS).
