Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Communications Plans: Create and execute a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with our strategic objectives and enhances relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Internal and External Communications: Develop and disseminate internal and external communications, including policy updates, procedures, and external problems that may impact staff.
- Coordinate Staff Volunteers and Events: Coordinate staff volunteers and events to promote a positive corporate culture and foster a sense of community within our organization.
- Support Key Accounts Management Program and Demand Management Program: Support the development and implementation of our Key Accounts Management Program and Demand Management Program.
- Develop Branded and Informative Content: Develop branded and informative content for sharing through various channels, including social media and our website.
- Monitor Social Media and Online Presence: Monitor our social media and online presence using listening tools to ensure we are engaging with our stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure Website Content is Up to Date: Ensure our website content is up to date and accurately reflects our ongoing processes and activities.
- Respond to Customer Messages: Respond to customer messages in a respectful manner that reflects the values of our organization.
- Write, Coordinate and Design Materials: Write, coordinate, and design materials for internal and external use, including presentations, reports, and other communications materials.
- Create and Execute Annual Plan for Public Relations Events: Create and execute an annual plan for public relations events, including coordinating staff volunteers and participating in planned events.
- Postsecondary Education: A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: A strong understanding of effective marketing, communications, and public relations techniques, as well as the ability to manage social media platforms, graphic design knowledge, and excellent writing and editing skills.
