Key Responsibilities
  • Welding Operations
    • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding operations
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
    • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Material Evaluation
    • Determine weldability of materials to ensure safe and efficient welding operations
  • Quality Control
    • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Certifications
      • Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate

    • Work Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding operations
    • Language
      • English
    • Work Schedule
