Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school diploma
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
The successful candidate will work primarily in the office setting, with occasional responsibilities in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
- Maintain and balance various financial accounts using both manual and computerized accounting systems
- Reconcile financial statements and accounts
- Oversee payroll management
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure accurate cash balancing and deposits
The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Word
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Spreadsheet applications
- Must have personal transportation as public transit is not available
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
