Retail Store Manager

At ALBERTA LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure efficient store operations.
- Establish work schedules, manage staff attendance, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Standing for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and handle physical demands of the role.
