Senior Project Manager, Power and Renewable Energy

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Power and Renewable Energy projects in Canada and North America. As a key member of our Capital Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing business opportunities, and leading a team of technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow our Power and Renewable Energy business in Canada and North America.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, EAs/EISs, permit applications, and associated management plans.
- Act as a representative of ERM, building relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field, with a Master's in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Power and Renewable Energy industry, with 5 years of direct consulting experience.
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to travel and work in a variety of time zones.
