Executive Vice President, Financial Services

Clio is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, Financial Services to lead our financial services division and drive growth initiatives. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our financial services strategy, focusing on operational excellence, revenue growth, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual and longer-term strategic initiatives for the financial services business.
- Establish and maintain a consistent business review cadence, focusing on performance metrics and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure payment innovation aligns with industry standards while pushing boundaries to drive aggressive growth.
- Serve as a senior leader at Clio, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization to drive company growth, inspire employees, exceed customer expectations, and generate value.
- Demonstrated executive leadership/general manager experience within a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering results and effective P&L management within a matrixed environment.
- Significant experience in B2B payments and financial services with a thorough understanding of integrated payments within a vertical SaaS context.
- Proven ability to drive product strategy and management, including securing strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions to enhance client value propositions.
- Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights and drive decisions.
- Ability to attract and recruit top talent, motivate teams, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity, and manage performance, known for developing others.
