Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all office equipment is in good working order, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients after sale, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
