Compensation Package:

We're committed to providing a comprehensive care experience for our patients. As an Associate Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Diagnose and Treat Dental Conditions: Develop preventive or corrective treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform a Variety of Dental Services: Provide restorations, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and other services to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Track patient progress and prescribe medications as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Refer Patients to Specialists: Refer patients to dental specialists for advanced procedures when necessary.
  • Lead the Dental Team: Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD Degree: Hold an active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.
  • CPR-ACLS Certification: Maintain current certification in CPR and ACLS.
  • Clinical Knowledge and Experience: Possess clinical knowledge and experience in Oral Surgery and Molar Endodontics.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: Demonstrate a desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
