Job Title: Assistant Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses in OB/HRM at the undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Conduct research in OB/HRM and publish in top-tier journals
  • Develop and maintain a highly productive research agenda
  • Communicate research findings to academic and business audiences
  • Mentor MSc/PhD students and support their academic and professional development
  • Participate in service responsibilities as required
Requirements:
  • PhD in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated exceptional research potential
  • Ability to communicate research findings to academic and business audiences
  • Ability to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Interest in mentoring MSc/PhD students
