Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Take customers' orders and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
