We are seeking a skilled Bartender Supervisor to join our team at State & Main. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standard and that the bar is stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain the bar's inventory, including beer, wine, and spirits
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop bartenders to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender Supervisor or similar role
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Ability to train and develop bartenders to improve their skills and knowledge
